Art has been part of my life ever since I can remember.  During the stages of my creative development I experimented with anything art and craft related... from drawing, to oil painting, to mosaic, fabric art, jewelery making, to only name a few.

 

But the one thing I always returned to was my love of oil painting.  It is absolutely fascinating and ultimately rewarding to experience the development of an idea onto canvas.

 

I started taking art classes a few years ago and developed a variety of valuable techniques and skills taught by my art teacher, Hesther.  But every day is a learning curve and there is no end to any artist's development.

 

My inspiration comes from the people I love, my surroundings, colour and just about anything that catches my eye.
